Submission Rules
A submission form must be completed before sending a sample bottle for review. All submissions must abide by TTB (brand name, fanciful name, proof, style, and state in which distilled) and all relevant legal standards. Submissions with missing labeling information or deliberate attempts to obfuscate sourcing will be discarded, and no refunds will be given. Brands that disparage women or other underrepresented groups will be rejected. Brands with sexist, problematic, or hateful rhetoric in their advertising will be rejected.
Submission Acceptance:
- You will be notified that your submission has been accepted for review or a feature.
- Send a full 750ml or 700ml bottle to the address on the form
- Make payment via instructions on the form.
- Include all pertinent information on the product and the brand.
- Please send images of the bottle: three professionally shot images of the bottle, front, back, and a stylistic shot. A Google Drive link will be provided for the images.
Transparency
Her Whiskey Reviews accepts payments for submissions and advertisements. However, these payments do not influence the content of our reviews or features. Our writers are industry professionals with educational backgrounds and years of experience in their respective fields. They are compensated for their work, expertise, and knowledge.
When we publish reviews, we aim to help consumers understand the product and the experience they can expect. In return, brands receive valuable feedback and analysis of their spirits. We believe this work has intrinsic value and deserves fair compensation.
